David will produce a custom artwork in oils created outdoors on location, capturing a specific landscape or scene directly from life.
A standard framed commissioned outdoor painting costs £395.00. 50% to be paid when ordering and the remaining 50% plus any additional costs e.g. extra mileage or bespoke framing requests to be paid via a final invoice.
Painting en plein air (“in the open air”) requires David to work against changing weather, shifting sunlight and environmental elements which may impact on when the painting can be completed.
The painting will be in oils and on a 10 × 8” panel.
The painting will be framed, which can be agreed either during the consultation or on completion. Please see the Frames section for reference. Any bespoke frame requests not shown may incur an extra charge.
If the location is over 30 miles from my studio(postcode S20 5EP) an extra charge of 55p per mile would apply. This will be billed separately via the final invoice.

Free UK Postage once the painting is completed, dry and framed. David will deliver the painting by hand foc if you are nearby.
